Your flowers are carefully packaged in a climate-controlled box with hydration packs to keep them fresh during transit. Each bouquet and boutonniere arrives fully assembled and wedding-ready—no arranging required!

We recommend placing your order at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper scheduling.
We schedule shipments to arrive 1–2 days before your event to ensure freshness. You’ll receive tracking information once your flowers are on their way.
We provide detailed care instructions with every order, including how to refresh your blooms upon arrival. Bouquets should be placed in water as soon as possible, while boutonnieres and corsages should be kept in a cool, shaded place until they are ready to wear.
We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. If your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us within 2 hours with photos so we can work on a solution.

No Refunds or Exchanges – Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that minor variations and natural imperfections may occur. If your flowers arrive in severely damaged condition, please contact us within 2 hours with photos, and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping Risks – Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
