How are my flowers shipped?
Your flowers are carefully packaged in a climate-controlled box with hydration packs to keep them fresh during transit. Each bouquet and boutonniere arrives fully assembled and wedding-ready—no arranging required!

We currently ship to specific regions of the continental US. If you're unsure whether we can ship to your location, please check your address before placing your order.
When should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper scheduling.
When will my flowers arrive?
We schedule shipments to arrive 1–2 days before your event to ensure freshness. You'll receive tracking information once your flowers are on their way.
How do I care for my flowers upon arrival?
We provide detailed care instructions with every order, including how to refresh your blooms upon arrival. Bouquets should be placed in water as soon as possible, while boutonnieres and corsages should be kept in a cool, shaded place until they are ready to wear.
What if my flowers arrive damaged?
We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. If your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us within 2 hours with photos so we can work on a solution.
